Application for Letters of Administration Mecklenburg County -- In the Superior Court. In the matter of the adminstration of the Estate of Sam L. Hoover Before J. A. Russell Clerk. Mary E. Hoover, being sworn, doth say: That Sam L. Hoover late of said County, is dead, without leaving any Will and Testament, and that Mary E. Hoover is the proper person entitled to letters of Administration on the estate of the said Sam L. Hoover. Further, that the value of said estate, so far as can be ascertained at the date of this application, is about $60.00 and that Mary E. Hoover, Ruth Hoover & Geo. Hoover are entitled as heirs and distributees thereof. Sworn to and subscribed before me, this 17 day of Oct 1907 . Mary E. Hoover J A Russell Clerk Superior Court Administrator's Oath State of North Carolina, Mecklenburg County. Superior Court. I, Mary E Hoover, do solemnly swear that I believe Sam L.
