Sworn Statement of Estate Account
North Carolina
Mecklenburg County.
A. H. Rhyne being duly sworn says that he is the administrator of the estate of S. S. Hoover, deceased, and that the foregoing account contains a true and correct statement of all property and moneys which have come into his hands as such administrator, and also of all moneys disbursed by him for and on account of said estate to the best of his knowledge and belief; affiant further says that said statement also contains a true and correct account of all outstanding liabilities of said estate so far as the same have been presented to him as such administrator.
