The undersigned having been chosen to Settle the Estate of Mary A Hoover with her guardian C A Hoover find by Certificate of the County Court Clerk that there was a balance due to Said ward on a former Settlement made on the 25th day of April 1853 of To Int to 25 April 1854 By the following Vouchers (Viz) No 1 By Guardian " 2 " W. K. Reid Recpt " 3 " " " " " " Com on increase of Estate $4.44 5(%) We the undersigned do hereby Certify that we have Examined the above Settlement and believe it to be Correct and aftr admitting the foregoing Vouchers, find a balance due to Said Ward on the 25 April 1854 the Sum of Twenty Two 10/100 dollars Given Under our hands and Seals Wm Patterson JP {seal} Jos C Nichols JP {seal} July Term 1854 Ordered by Court that the foregoing Settlement be confirmed.
