Mecklenburg County -- In the Superior Court.
In the matter of the administration of the Estate of
Stanhope S. Hoover Jr. dec'd BEFORE J. M. MORROW, Clerk.
H. N. Pharr being sworn, doth say:
That Stanhope S. Hoover Jr late of said County, is dead, without leaving any WILL and TESTAMENT, and that said H.N. Pharr Public Admin by virtue of the renunciation of the widow hereto attached, is the proper person entitled to letters of Administration on the estate of the said Stanhope . Hoover Jr. deceased
Further, that the value of said estate, so far as can be ascertained at the date of this application, is about $1400.00 in personal property and also an interest in real estate the value of which cannot be stated accumulated thereon being a considerable indebtedness about $600.00 the value of said land for which said deceased held a bond for title being about $1200.00 and that That Mrs Mary E. Hoover widow, George Hoover, Sam Hoover & Ruth Hoover the three last named being infants under the age of 21 years without guardian, all of said parties being residents of the County and State aforesaid are entitled as heirs and distributees thereof.
